Deborah is the Founder/Owner of Perzpektiv Studio LLC. She is a solo practitioner in the architecture industry, with over 9 years of expertise, though she usually partners with other firms as a contractor. Originally from Puerto Rico, she currently practices from the state of Maryland. Her passions include doing affordable housing, sustainable architecture, innovative use of shipping containers for adaptive reuse, mixed-use developments and transformations through renovations.
